The cancelation policy has been created with the office environment in mind one can cancel online up to 15 min prior to treatment time and utilising an automatic waitlist providing flexibility avoiding conflicts between treatments and the businesses workflow. Automatic reminders will be sent out 24hrs and 2 hrs prior to appointment time allowing one to ensure their schedule and workflow will not be affected within the cancelation policy and inform any on the waitlist a treatment has become available.
